Privacy policy
1. Data controller
The data controller is Claudia Franke, Coaching by Claudia, Herderstraße 11, 06114 Halle (Saale), Germany. Please send privacy enquiries to team@avgs-halle.de . This policy applies to coachingbyclaudia.de. The linked main website, avgs-halle.de, has its own privacy information and settings.
2. Website access and hosting
When you visit the website, the web server processes data including your IP address, the time, requested address, HTTP status, data volume and device, browser and referrer information transmitted by your browser. The purpose is to provide and securely operate the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is stable and secure operation. The hosting provider is STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Technical logs are retained in accordance with the deletion periods configured for the hosting service; security incidents may require longer retention for investigation and legal enforcement. You can ask the controller for information about the retention period specifically applicable to your data.
3. Enquiry form and CRM
The initial consultation form collects your first name, last name, email address and message. Your phone number is optional. The details are processed on our STRATO webspace, recorded in our internal CRM for handling, and used to notify our team and send you an acknowledgement of receipt. The source of the enquiry and follow-up information may also be stored. Only authorised persons have access. New enquiries submitted through this form are not transmitted to HubSpot.
The consent requested in the form covers this form and CRM processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is independent of your choice regarding analytics and Google Ads. Without form consent, this form is not submitted; alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone without this consent. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing team@avgs-halle.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You are not subscribed to a newsletter or additional advertising.
Further communication before or during a contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other contact is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in responding. Enquiries are deleted once dealt with, unless retention obligations or legitimate claims require otherwise. Statutory retention periods may apply to business and tax documents, depending on the type of document. If you commission us, we process the necessary contract and billing data under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
4. Technically necessary storage and privacy choice
The website stores your choice regarding analytics and Google Ads in your browser’s local storage under cc-avgs-ads-choice-v1. When submitting an enquiry, technically necessary session cookies and identifiers may be used for transmission, abuse prevention and prevention of duplicate enquiries. Such necessary storage is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG; personal data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the purpose.
Your choice applies to this browser on coachingbyclaudia.de. You can change it at any time using the ‘Privacy settings’ button in the footer. If you select ‘Necessary only’, Google scripts will no longer load after the page reloads, and analytics and advertising cookies of this website that are accessible to the script will be deleted. Cookie settings on another domain do not change your choice here. Without consent, we do not load Google Analytics or Google Ads on this landing page.
5. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and interactions, and Google Ads to measure advertising performance. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Device and browser information, IP addresses, pages visited, clicks and online identifiers may be processed and transmitted to Google. Google Analytics uses measurement ID G-W4BT229WB4; Google Ads uses conversion ID AW-18006303265. A confirmed form enquiry may be recorded as a conversion. A click on appointment booking is measured as a click and does not prove a completed booking. The tracking code used here does not pass names, email addresses or message text as event parameters.
Analytics and advertising cookies may include _ga, _ga_… and _gcl_…. They associate visits, interactions and advertising contacts. Their lifetimes are determined by the respective Google tags and configuration. You may withdraw consent at any time through the local privacy settings. The legal bases are Section 25(1) TDDDG for non-essential access to devices and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for personal data processing. Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled in the code used here.
Further information: Google’s privacy policy and Google’s information about cookies.
6. External appointment booking
‘Book an appointment’ opens the Google Calendar booking page. This link establishes a connection to Google only when opened. Google processes data for access and booking under its own privacy information. When you book, we receive the contact and appointment details you provide to organise and conduct the consultation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual appointments; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Booking is independent of consent to analytics and Google Ads. Information about a possible video appointment is provided with the invitation.
7. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Necessary recipients are our hosting, email and IT providers, and Google when you use the Google services described. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA. Google LLC states that it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers covered by that framework rely on the adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR; Google additionally uses standard contractual clauses. Information about safeguards: Google’s data transfer frameworks. You can also ask the controller about the safeguards used for your data.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR); you may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact: team@avgs-halle.de. This landing page does not involve solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Right to complain
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), particularly in the place where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt, Otto-von-Guericke-Straße 34a, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany.
